I had another meeting with my client yesterday to make sure we both knew exactly what was going to be the outcome of my project. We decided on colour themes and the size of the map among other things. I have also created my final Gantt chart now but it is not fully completed. I need to alter the dates on it so it is correct.
I have also now created my Critical Path Analysis. This helps me to know how long the project will take and when I will be able to start each task. I can use this as well as my Gantt chart to help me plan out the project and stay on course.
I am planning to start designing my characters and level soon so that I can start creating the game as soon as possible.
